Do I Really Need a Mentor to Succeed in my Industry?

        
      The most important thing to be successful in your business, is to stay motivated and focus at all times...
    Yea right, easier said than done, indeed... At some point, in one or another way, everyone hits a wall...   Either by getting discourage,  overwhelmed (wish doesn't mean wrong, it means active in a learning, process and productivity) or by loosing site of your why,  and your goals. That's the moment where a mentor can step in and help you out.
        Remember that the mental attitude that took you in to a hole, cant not be the same attitude that will bring you out of it. Therefore experience, "been there done that" type of mentor can help you get up again, to keep going and getting you closer to your goals.

    Now comes the question, "Where can i find a mentor?, Who can be my mentor?, How can I find my mentor? These are honest questions to make...So a
good place to start is to find someone whom you admire, who shows an avid interest in you.
   
   Don't get ahead of your self to choose your mentor, get to know a variety group of people in your niche, that can potentially mentor you, this way you can minimize the chance of choosing someone for the wrong reasons.

  A magnetic personality is captivating, but too often, you end up becoming a groupie, basking in the glow of your mentor’s superstar stature. It is better to pick someone whose thought process and personality mesh with yours.

A mentor is that person that will adapt there philosophies to become your own, give you advise, feedback, but not babysitting your insecurities...(that will be personal development, although some hint here and there will help you with that.)

 If you choose right, you will immediately notice, that this persons true purpose is your success.
That's why the relation of a mentor with his people usually becomes a life long of experiences together.

   Mentor-ship is a communication to people about their worth and potential so clearly that they come to see it in themselves...
